Difference between Tourism and Ecotourism
Tourism is
defined as the movement of people from their usual environment to other
locations for leisure, business, or other purposes, typically for a period for
at least one night but less than one year.
Ecotourism
refers to the responsible travel to natural areas. It emphasizes conservation,
education, and the well-being of local communities with minimal impact to the
environment.
